Over the course of 16 weeks I mentor you on a personal level and together we ensure that you become entirely contest-ready!
How do we proceed?
During the first session we discuss your current lifestyle and goals. We also measure your body fat percentage, so we know exactly where you’re starting from. Based on this, we determine what exactly you have to do in order to achieve your goals. The result is your ideal nutrition and training plan!
Afterwards, we will meet every two weeks for a 30-minute consultation. We measure your progress during these consultations. In this way we ensure that you will always get the best results.
We also focus on one of the most important aspects of a competition: posing. Extra attention is paid to your posture and how it can be optimized.
During the last 14 days, we meet twice to make certain you are fully ready for the competition. In between meetings, you can always ask me questions via WhatsApp or e-mail.
During this period you get access to a personal app . This app provides you access to your personal training plans. It also allows you to adjust and supplement your nutrition plans yourself so you can diet flexibly within the specified calories and macronutrients.
📍All consultations take place in the office in Tienen or in the Do it fitness in Turnhout .
