Directions of use:
Push down on pump dispenser firmly 8 times to dispense 4 ml of gel. Apple evenly to areas on both sides of the body, if application requires. Adjust amount dispensed depending on area coverage.
For best results:
Use daily around training schedule and apply 45 minutes prior to exercise. Apply to clean shaved/exfoliated skin.
Storage:
Keep out of reach of children. Store out of direct sunlight in a cool (<25degrees), dry place and keep container closed.
