The traditional Indian herb of Ayurveda
Ashwagandha is a plant species that is mainly found in India and is widely used in Ayurveda, a traditional healing method. It plays an important role as an aphrodisiac in stimulating libido.
The roots of Ashwagandha contain various alkaloids including the most important component: withanolides (standardized at 2.5%). These are steroids with a similar effect to Panax Ginseng, which makes ashwagandha also known as Indian ginseng.
Each capsule contains 500 mg ashwagandha and is preferably taken with meals.
The veggie caps make the product suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
Why is there little information shown about this product?
Unfortunately, we are only allowed to give limited information about supplements, due to strict European regulations.
