Personal support during your workouts ensures more effective training with better results. During the training I encourage you to push yourself to the limit.
How do we proceed?
We discuss your goals beforehand so we can integrate the right exercises into your training. Potential injuries are always taken into account during the training. In addition, you get hands-on tips & tricks that you can apply also when you are training alone.
