You want to challenge yourself physically and are motivated to optimize your training and nutrition to achieve the best results? I’m your man!
How do we proceed?
After a discussion about your current lifestyle and goals, we determine what exactly you will need to do in order to achieve your goals. The result is your ideal nutrition and training plan!
Every two weeks a consultation takes place. During this consultation we measure your body fat percentage and evaluate your progress. Based on this information, we adjust your personal plan to ensure you can continue to challenge yourself.
During this period you get access to a personal app with your own nutrition and training plans. This app allows you to adjust and supplement your nutrition plans yourself so you can diet flexibly within the specified calories and macronutrients.
Price: €85 / month by direct debit. Minimum 3 months.
Face-to-Face – Option 2
It is very important that you build quality lean muscle mass during your off-season. This means: maximum muscle mass and minimum body fat. In this way, you will have an improved body during the next competition season. Let’s grow together!
How do we proceed?
During the first consultation, we prepare a nutrition and training plan. These plans aim at maintaining your physical condition in the off-season.
Every month we meet in order to measure and discuss your progress. In between meetings, you can always ask me questions via WhatsApp or e-mail.
During this period you get access to a personal app. This app provides you access to your personal training plans and allows you to adjust and supplement your nutrition plans yourself so you can diet flexibly within the specified calories and macronutrients.
📍All consultations take place in the office in Tienen or in the Do it fitness in Turnhout.
Price: €55 / month by direct debit. Minimum 3 months.
